Your Rights & Responsibilities

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "p99999" or "We" or "Us" refers to the operator of the p99999 platform, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" refers to the website accessible at p99999.bet, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and APIs.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses it for gaming or betting purposes.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account created on the Platform, which holds your balance, transaction history, and gaming activity.
• "Funds" refers to deposits made by the Player to the Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or reward issued by p99999 under specific promotional terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a game, match, or event through the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to process withdrawals and confirm account ownership.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

Use of the p99999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met in full before registration is permitted:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. p99999 is a 21+ only platform and enforces age verification at account creation. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at p99999's sole discretion.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any such person employed by p99999 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not be registered or attempting to register from a Prohibited Territory. p99999 reserves the right to reject registrations or suspend accounts where Prohibited Territory use is detected.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any company, partnership, syndicate, or third party.

When registering an account on the p99999 Platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Each individual may only hold one (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. p99999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must notify p99999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. p99999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to safeguard their login details.
• Account registration is free of charge. p99999 does not charge any fee to open or maintain a player account.
• You must complete the KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of address.

p99999 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods available to Pakistani players. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL transfers, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by p99999 on PKR transactions. For USDT deposits, the equivalent PKR value is calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change at p99999's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your account as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within one (1) minute of confirmation.
• p99999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the associated account flagged for review.
• p99999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large deposits or deposits that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) thresholds.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and processing conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered player. p99999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All withdrawal requests require a fully completed KYC verification on file. Unverified accounts may submit withdrawal requests but processing will be held until verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 15 minutes for verified accounts; HBL / UBL bank transfer — within 1–3 business hours during banking hours; USDT TRC20 — within 30 minutes subject to network conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed at the point of request. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are set per account tier and may be adjusted based on verified player history.
• p99999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending additional verification, fraud investigation, or AML compliance review. Where a delay exceeds 72 hours, the player will be notified with a reason.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the above conditions.
• p99999 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside p99999's control.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards offered by p99999 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are issued at p99999's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Players who previously held an account on the Platform — even under a different identity — are not entitled to new player bonuses.
• p99999 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, exploited via low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies, or claimed in breach of these terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless the promotional terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any unclaimed or unmet bonus will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the stated validity period.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the p99999 Platform across both casino games and sports betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. p99999 will not reverse, cancel, or amend a placed bet except in circumstances explicitly covered in the Sports Betting Rules or where a technical error is demonstrably proven.
• For sports betting, minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement. p99999 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts at its discretion.
• In the event of a disputed match result or event cancellation, unsettled bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account within 24 hours of the official result being confirmed.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs — are governed by the specific Cricket Betting Rules published in the Help Centre. Where a cricket match is abandoned or interrupted, standard abandonment rules will apply as stated therein.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). All games are regularly audited for fairness. p99999 does not manipulate game outcomes and bears no responsibility for natural variance in game results.
• Live dealer game results are final upon the dealer's declaration, as captured on the game's video feed. Technical disconnections during a live game do not entitle the player to a refund of the stake, unless the game was demonstrably incomplete due to a server-side failure on p99999's infrastructure.
• p99999 reserves the right to void winnings or restrict accounts where evidence of bet manipulation, collusion, or any form of coordinated exploitation is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p99999 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent documentation during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known or identified bugs must be reported immediately and are not withdrawable.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity designed to circumvent anti-money laundering regulations.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward p99999 staff, support agents, or other players on any platform associated with p99999.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other geo-masking technologies.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other individual to place bets using your account.

All content published on the p99999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, promotional materials, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of p99999 or its licensed content providers.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of p99999.
• Game content provided by third-party game suppliers remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers. p99999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access this content for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• Any unauthorised use of p99999's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p99999 limits its liability as follows:

• p99999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.
• p99999 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if p99999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• p99999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• p99999 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside of our direct operational control.
• Nothing in this clause limits p99999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

p99999 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. We consider responsible gaming to be a structural obligation, not a marketing statement.

• p99999 is a 21+ only platform. Age verification is mandatory at registration and enforced before any withdrawal is processed.
• Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) directly from their account dashboard. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased, to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Players may activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time. During a cooling-off period, the player's account is temporarily suspended and no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available to any player who believes they have a gambling problem. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the permanent closure of the account. Re-registration after self-exclusion is prohibited and any such account will be immediately closed.

Either party may initiate account closure under the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Pending balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, provided no active investigation is underway.
• p99999-initiated closure: p99999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, operating from a Prohibited Territory, engaged in fraudulent activity, or subject to a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Where p99999 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus-derived balances will be forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned subject to completion of any ongoing AML or fraud review.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will be notified by email before any administrative fee is applied in accordance with the Dormant Account Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p99999 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with p99999's support team will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.

Before initiating any formal dispute, players are required to attempt resolution through p99999's internal complaints procedure by contacting support at [email protected]. p99999 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of acknowledgement.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

p99999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p99999 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice displayed upon login, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
